Mansfield Solicitor, Steve Williams, of Forrest Williams, will be the guest speaker at the prestigious Mansfield 2020 Business Networking Meeting this month. Steve is a solicitor advocate with over 25 years’ experience, and is principal of the Mansfield solicitors firm. Forrest Williams are Mansfield’s only law firm recognised in the Legal 500 directory of the country’s leading law firms and solicitors.
Steve will be leading a presentation on client care, a topic that the local law firm know plenty about following several award wins in the field including the national Peer Awards 2015 and Mansfield 2020’s own Customer Focus award.
Steve will be sharing some of the firm’s winning tactics to ensure that every client requires extraordinary client care.
Forrest Williams are renowned for their client care focus and will also be presenting a key note lecture at the national Employee Engagement Summit in London this April, talking about Employee and Client Engagement.
This opportunity arose as a result of Forrest Williams winning several awards at the prestigious national Peer Awards for Excellence in 2015, against fellow finalists including Tesco and the AA. Organisers of the Employee Engagement Summit were present at the Peer Awards ceremony and were so impressed with the details of the Forrest Williams nominations that they initiated contact and invited us to present a keynote speech for them.
Following this, Forrest Williams offered to provide a similar talk for the Mansfield 2020 organisation as a way of giving back to the local business community. Forrest Williams have been involved with the Mansfield 2020 organisation for some time, attending events and doing various other things to support their objectives of assisting Mansfield prosper and succeed.
