“In any typical week, I see how emotionally invested our team are in every single case, and how each person goes above and beyond every single day. We often have a full office early in the morning or into the evening because nobody is watching the clock, team members frequently end up in the office on days off or are answering work eMails around the clock without ever being asked to. And then, when one of the team is having a bad day due to illness or personal circumstances, everyone rallies around that person – making them drinks and generally supporting them.
