We are delighted to announce that Steve Williams, principal of Forrest Williams, has been invited to give a presentation at the Customer Engagement Summit 2015 on 26 November in London.
Steve was approached following our shortlisted entry for the Peer Awards 2015, where he gave a moving presentation on client care, and was very happy to this time share our firm’s ethos on staff engagement.
Steve will be sharing a 20 minute presentation entitled, The Invested Employee.
