At the end of each case, we ask clients to provide us with feedback on our services.
This feedback allows us to see what we are doing well, and to act on any suggested ways we can improve our services.
Paralegal case handler, Tracy Johnson, was delighted to receive feedback recently from a client who had successfully avoided a possible 56 day ban for a speeding offence.
The client was asked how happy he was with the service he had received, and said:
I dealt almost exclusively with Tracy Johnson, who was always very approachable, took time to explain things in great detail, and helped to put together a strong case for mitigation.
I was quite concerned about the outcome, but Tracy was also very good at building my level of confidence in obtaining the most lenient result.
I would like to add that much of the information supporting the mitigating factors was complimented on by the Magistrate.
I felt that the Barrister (Stella Hayden), was very professional and worked hard to ensure the magistrate was fully aware of all the mitigating factors, and details of my character.
I understood that as I received a summons, the court would be looking to impose a ban. As this was avoided, I would say I’m happy with the result.
At Forrest Williams, we pride ourselves on appreciating just how worrying a time this can be for clients. We are dedicated to doing all we can to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
