The Forrest Williams females are proud to announce they will be running the Race for Life to help raise money and awareness for Cancer Research UK.
Helen Newman, Jess Sadler, Julia Coffin, Katie Forrest and Tracy Johnson decided to take part in the 5k race spontaneously, and without any running history!
Katie says:
We’re such a close team here and we love doing things together away from work, so when Julia suggested it to us, we all jumped at the chance – and then realised what we’d agreed to! I have never ran before so am in training using the Couch to 5k app, which is really good. Whatever happens on the day, we’re going to turn up and do our best to support this great cause.
